Trust Mindfulness

The amazing thing about this path of mindfulness is that it makes room for things to find their way and work themselves out. Sometimes in personal situations where there are conversations that are difficult and you don’t know what to do, just stay present. Recognize what’s happening. Practice mindfulness out loud, explaining this is what’s happening now for me. What’s happening for you? Slowly something often shifts, opens and reveals itself. And you didn’t have to figure it out. Trust the mindfulness.
