Hello dear yogis,
Over the last year, I have been paying particular attention to the guidance from my teachers on how best to navigate the unique times we are living in. I have collected stories and teachings from these wise people who come from a variety of traditions, such as Ram Dass, Jack Kornfield, Anne Lamott and many more, and have put them all together with some powerful practices to create our next retreat: Staying Cool in a Hot World on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at Unity of Houston.
